How to return a product?

1. Download and fill out the return form (link above).
2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
3. Send the package to the address:

4. Send an email to kontakt@lumieredumonde.pl with your order number and information about the return.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
• The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
