PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
"Spend a minimum of PLN 199 and get a -20% discount"

§ 1. Promotion Organizer

1. The organizer of the promotion is Lumiere du Monde, Elvestra Bartosz Rozwadowski, with its registered office at ul. Przasnyska 4B/256, 01-756 Warsaw, NIP: 5242375077, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

§ 2. Promotion Duration

1. The promotion is valid from its announcement until further notice.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion or change the terms of the promotion at any time.

§ 3. Promotion Rules

1. The promotion consists of a 20% discount on purchases worth a minimum of PLN 199.00 gross.
2. The condition for taking advantage of the promotion is a single purchase worth at least PLN 199.00 gross before the discount is applied.
3. The discount is automatically applied during order finalization upon fulfillment of the promotion conditions.
4. The promotion applies to products available for sale, unless the Organizer explicitly indicates products excluded from the promotion.
5. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, special offers, or sales, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

§ 4. Returns

1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason.
2. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date the Organizer receives the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, provided that the Organizer may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or confirmation of their shipment is provided.
3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. In the event of a partial return of an order, as a result of which the value of the remaining products falls below PLN 199.00, the Organizer has the right to reduce the refund amount by the granted promotional discount.

§ 5. Complaints

1. The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the purchased products in accordance with applicable law.
2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address indicated on the Organizer's website or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
4. The Customer will be informed about the method of handling the complaint electronically or in writing.

§ 6. Final Provisions

1. The Regulations are available on the Organizer's website and at the point of sale.
2. Participation in the promotion means acceptance of these Regulations.
3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
4. The promotion is valid until further notice.
5. These Regulations enter into force on the date of their publication.
