"SET" PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

"20% off the second cheaper product"

§1 General provisions

1. The organizer of the "20% off the second cheaper product" promotional campaign (hereinafter: "Promotion") is the owner of the online store available at lumieredumonde.pl (hereinafter: "Organizer" or "Store").

2. The Promotion is conducted through the online store lumieredumonde.pl.

3. These regulations define the rules for participating in the Promotion and the conditions for granting the discount.

§2 Promotion duration

1. The Promotion is valid from February 23, 2026, until further notice.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion earlier without giving a reason, provided that this does not affect the acquired rights of the participants.

§3 Promotion rules

1. The Promotion consists of granting a 20% discount on the second, cheaper product added to the cart.

2. The condition for taking advantage of the Promotion is to add at least two products covered by the Promotion to the cart.

3. The discount is applied in the cart by entering the discount code: ZESTAW

4. A "cheaper product" is considered to be a product with a lower regular or promotional price (if applicable) among the products covered by the Promotion.

5. If more products are added, the discount is calculated in pairs – always on the cheaper product in a given pair.

6. The Promotion applies only to products marked as covered by the promotional campaign (if applicable).

§4 Combining promotions

1. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional campaigns, or individual discounts, unless the Organizer explicitly states otherwise.

2. In the event that conditions for several promotions are met simultaneously, the system will apply the discount that is more favorable to the customer or consistent with the current Store rules.

§5 Returns and complaints

1. The customer has the right to return products in accordance with the applicable online store regulations and legal provisions.

2. In the event of a return of one of the products purchased under the Promotion, the value of the refund will be recalculated taking into account the discount actually granted.

3. If, after the return, the conditions of the Promotion are not met, the Organizer has the right to adjust the refund value accordingly.

§6 Final provisions

1. The regulations are available on the website lumieredumonde.pl.

2. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these regulations.

3. For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the store regulations and applicable Polish law shall apply.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations for important legal or organizational reasons, provided that such changes do not affect orders placed before their introduction.
